For more than 100 years, the Junior League of Greater Springfield has committed to promoting volunteerism while also developing and empowering the next generation of female civic leaders. We welcome all who value our Mission, and we are committed to inclusive environments of diverse individuals, organizations, and communities. 

​If you are at least 21 years old, identify as a woman, and live in the Greater Springfield area (including Hampden, Hampshire, and Franklin counties, as well as parts of Hartford County), you are eligible to join the Junior League of Greater Springfield!
